The O’Gorman High School Athletic Boosters raise money throughout the year with many events. The committee donates the first $45,000 of its yearly proceeds to the Sioux Falls Catholic Schools annual budget. After that, discretionary dollars are spent on a variety of needs throughout the athletic program at O’Gorman High School.
In 2010, the athletic boosters donated to the following:
- SFCS Operating Budget $45,000
- Renovation of McEneaney Field $6,000
- Weight Room Equipment $1,500
- Suburban $7,000
- $500/team to use at coach’s discretion $9,500
For a GRAND total of $69,000
