Liturgies

Faith formation is ever present in the activities and environment of OGJH. School Masses are held weekly with student participation and planning an integral part of the liturgies. Christian and community service are emphasized during the liturgical seasons. Teaching youth outreach is an important element of their religious foundation. All staff and areas of the curriculum support the mission of building a community of faith.

Please join us during our weekly school Mass on Wednesdays at 1:15 p.m. in the gymnasium (when school is in session). Parents and visitors are always welcome.

Sacraments

Reconciliation

O’Gorman Junior High offers the Sacrament of Reconciliation to each of our Catholic students during the seasons of Advent and Lent. Priests from the Sioux Falls parishes come to provide this sacrament to our students. We are blessed to have our priests take so much time out of their day for OGJH students.
