*Elementary Vocal Music Teacher for St. Mary School: Responsibilities: Grades K-6: Plan and implement effective lesson plans according to the curriculum, maintain a manageable classroom environment, Christmas sing a long, talent show, weekly mass, plan and accompany the weekly school mass, with all school liturgical music rehearsals scheduled regularly, direct a Christmas and spring program, direct the choir, including rehearsals and performances. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in music education, general understanding of Catholic liturgy of the mass, organizational skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
*Campus Minister for O’Gorman High School: Responsible for animating the O+Gorman High School faith community with prayer, theology, and service. Community consists of students, faculty, staff, administration, parents and families, and the broader civic community as well. To the degree possible and appropriate, the Campus Minister fosters participation in every sector of the community. Prayer, Theology, and Service are integrated parts of Campus Ministry. Qualifications: Person of prayer and practicing Catholic, degree in theology or pastoral ministry or religious studies, experience working with young adults and an appreciation of the unique developmental needs and perspectives of this age group and ability to work with staff, parents, members of the larger community.

*PC Support Specialist (IT Department): FT/Year Round (7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) for Sioux Falls Catholic Schools. To provide support and expertise in the area of computer science and technology. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and maintain the system’s computers, Provide technical support to Sioux Falls Catholic Schools faculty and buildings, Maintain an image library and ghost (new and existing PC’s) and assist the Director of Information Technology with software/hardware updates, and troubleshooting. Qualifications: Minimum of Associate degree in Computer Science and/or past experience equivalent in areas of responsibility preferred, Understands a systematic approach to problem solving, Possesses a fundamental working knowledge of the Microsoft operating systems and software, Ability to diagnose and resolve problems, and be familiar with a variety of educational software applications, Strong interpersonal skills, Self Starter, Flexibility, Ability to work with a wide variety of people.
*Head Custodian: FT/Year Round (6:15 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.) for O’Gorman Jr. High School. Perform maintenance and custodial functions in order to keep all school facilities clean and orderly. Responsibilities: All plumbing and electrical repair of school properties, Upkeep and attractiveness of buildings and grounds, preventive maintenance – waxing, sealing , patching, painting, etc., maintenance of boilers and furnaces, work with various vendors on school related maintenance, Daily – clean and/or mop floors, disinfect bathrooms and drinking fountains, assist with minor repairs, supervise student workers, clean snow from sidewalks, driveways and other areas on school grounds, as necessary, set up and take down equipment/chairs, etc. for all events at/related to the school, assist administrator with communication regarding fire drills, direct the summer operations with student workers, orders all janitorial supplies for the year under the direction of the principal and within a budget, teach and train all junior high custodial staff, and maintain and control electronic door security system. Qualifications: self-starter, high energy, attention to detail, dependable, trustworthy, knowledge and skills in cleaning supplies and equipment, inventory control and time management, general knowledge of boiler, furnace and air conditioning systems, working knowledge of maintenance and repair.
