Christ the King – Volunteer Opportunities

Parent involvement is a key component in the success of each student.

Parents may become involved at Christ the King in numerous activities during the school year. Opportunities include helping in the classroom, lunch room, library, or computer room, driving for field trips, or assisting the office personnel.

Parents of Christ the King students can participate in School Family Organization (SFO), Advisory Board and other committees.

There are various activities which occur throughout the school year. Look below and find one in which to become more involved.

Back-to-School Picnic: Every fall students, teachers, staff and parents gather before school starts to enjoy food and get acquainted.

Welcoming Committee: This group contacts the new members to the Christ the King School community and helps them make a smooth transition.

Walk-athon: Our annual walk-athon is held in September. We need lots of volunteers. Come walk with us for fun and fundraising.

Family Bingo: This is a time for school families and parish members to gather and play bingo and enjoy an inexpensive meal.

Friday Fantastic: The students love this day as they explore new and different hobbies and pastimes. We would love you to come share your talent or assist someone else.

Parish Connection Team: These people contact the newest members to our parish community.
