Administrative Assistant: FT/Seasonal (7:30a.m.-4:00p.m.) for St. Lambert School. Provide administrative, clerical and public relations support for the principal.
Custodian: PT/Year Round (5:00p.m.-10:00p.m.) for Holy Spirit School.
Coordinator of Development: FT/Year Round (8:00a.m.-4:30p.m.) for SFCS Central Office. Duties include working with events, volunteers and creating publications. Requirements: Associate degree or higher in marketing, communications or journalism. Knowledge of marketing and development, experience working with publications, excellent skills in organization and planning, outstanding communication/interpersonal skills, enjoyment of teamwork, computer literate, and self motivator.
Administrative Assistant: PT/Year Round (20 hours/week) for SFCS Central Office. Qualifications include organizational skills, attention to detail, computer literate, self-starter, and good interpersonal skills.
Educational Assistants: Assist teachers, students and administration in providing inclusive education services for students. Open at the following schools:

- Latin EA: O’Gorman High School: Thursday nights (5:30p.m.-8:30p.m.)
- Christ the King: 8:00a.m.-12:00p.m.
- Christ the King: 7:45a.m.-3:15p.m.
- St. Lambert: 7:45a.m.-3:15p.m.
- St. Katharine Drexel: 7:30a.m.-3:00p.m
After School Coordinator: PT/Seasonal (2:45p.m.-6:00p.m.) for St. Michael School. Responsible for the planning and implementation of activities that promote cognitive, social/emotional, language, physical and self-help growth in a loving environment. The Coordinator will work with the entire staff to ensure that the program objectives are met.

- St. Mary: 10:30a.m.-1:30p.m.
