Welcome to St. Katharine Drexel

In response to the growing demand for Catholic education from the families of the west side of Sioux falls and surrounding areas, St. Katharine Drexel Catholic School opened its doors in the Fall of 2008.

St. Katharine Drexel Catholic School will be offering the following programs for the 2009-2010 school year:
Preschool.
The following options will be available:
3-4 year olds, Tuesdays/Thursdays, 7:45 am - 10:45 am
4-5 year olds, Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays, 7:45 am - 10:45 am
5 year olds Jumpstart, Mondays thru Fridays, 11:45 am - 2:45 pm

Extended Learning. This is an optional, enriched child care program that provides care onsite beyond preschool hours. It is offered from 7:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. There are several options to choose from. The program includes learning activities to reinforce concepts/skills taught in preschool, lunch time and rest time. Elementary. (School hours: 7:45 am to 2:45 am)
St. Katharine Drexel will offer all day, every day kindergarten, first grade, and second grade St. Katharine Drexel plans to add one grade level per year as the growth of the school continues.

STRETCH Club After School Care. As a benefit to our parents, after school care will be offered for all students on site for an additional cost. This will begin following dismissal until 6:00 pm.
